DB Janitorial Supplies will ship all orders via DHL. Certain chemicals, oversized boxes, cases or overweight packages which cannot be delivered by DHL will be shipped via common carrier. If DB Janitorial Supplies determines that the order can be shipped via common carrier at a lower cost we will do so. Also, DB Janitorial Supplies reserves the right to ship items that would normally be DHL shippable via common carrier if it determines that this is the most economical or advantageous method of delivering the product to the customer.

Should you place an order for an item currently out of stock, you will be notified immediately either via telephone or e-mail of the situation and presented with further options for your review.
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. All unopened products purchased on DB Janitorial Supplies website can be returned within the first 15-days of your receipt, provided you have received a returned merchandise authorization from our customer support department at no additional charge. You may be refunded the full purchase price of your order less a 15% restocking fee after the 15 day period. Damage caused during shipment should be discussed with the parcel post carrier. Shipments canceled mid-order subject to refund less any shipping cost. All freight charges associated with the return of the product are the responsibility of the customer unless the return of the product is due to an error made by DB Janitorial Supplies.
